Reservation

Please transfer your deposit (minimum 50% of the room price) within 2 days after confirmation of your reservation, your reservation will automatically be canceled if you fail to complete the transfer within 2 days. Full amount of your deposit is required during special holidays such as Chinese New Year or long holidays.

Please provide "your name, date and room type of reservation, account number" for reservation confirm, thank you.
Your reservation will be secured after the transfer is confirmed, the rest of the amount will be collected on spot when you arrive.
*Credit card service is currently not available in Block House, please check in cash for accommodation and other expenses. Apologize for any inconvenience.

Check in: 3 pm - 9 pm
(Luggage deposit is available if you arrive early. Please kindly notify us in advance if you can't make it before 9 pm.)

Check out: 11 am

There will be an additional charge of $300 per 30 minutes extended stay after 11 am.

Afternoon tea will be served during 3:30 pm - 5:30 pm.
Breakfast will be served during 8 am - 10 am. If you have a vegetarian diet, please let us know in advance, custom meal will be provided.

Extra bed

For extra bed service, please inform in advance, as some room types cannot provide extra bed service. Please be sure to inform the exact number of guests when booking with us, we will arrange or cancel the reservation according to availability. (If you fail to inform us in advance, and the number of guests on the day exceeds the standard number of guests, you stay with us will not be accepted.)
Free of charge for children who's under 100 cm; Children above 100 cm will be count as adult.

Each extra bed will be charged an additional $1000, and $1200 during Chinese New Year. Maximum 1 extra bed is allowed.

Cleaning fee for extra blankets or pillows is required (blanket NT$200 / pillow NT$50).

Reminder

Please kindly present your ID for registration when checking-in and please settle the balance. If you have visitors during your stay, please meet on the first floor.

The lobby is available until 10 pm, please clean up before going back to your room, leaving a pleasant space for others.

Please lower the volume after 9 pm to keep the best quality of your stay as well as for others.

In order to maintain the quality of accommodation for each guest, pets are not allowed in Block House. (If the guest is found bringing in the pet without permission, we have the right to refuse the guest to stay; if the deposit has been paid, the deposit will not be refunded and an additional cleaning fee of $6000 will be charged.)

It is strictly forbidden to use drugs and any illegal acts.

Block House lies in a quiet countryside neighborhood, therefore, mahjong and karaoke are not allowed.

Our kitchen and bar section are not open for customers. If you have special requirements, please let us know in advance.

All indoor and outdoor area within our land is completely smoking free. If the smoking facts are found, the guest will be charged for next day's accommodation fee as compensation for the cleaning and loss of the property.

Please do not take away any other items, except for the disposable toilet amenities provided; if there is anything missing during our check out inspection, the guest must pay the price or return it by registered mail. The postage will be paid by the guest.

Do not use dangerous goods such as gas stoves, electric spoons or induction cookers indoors, and please turn off the lights, electrical appliances and water at will; we hold the right to enter the room when the power supply in the room is not turned off as it should.

Please lock the door when you leave the room. Keep your personal valuables with you and keep them in a safe place. We will not be responsible for your loss.

When checking out, be sure to return the room keys. If the key is lost, there will be an addtional charge of $300 for each key.

Please be aware that if you bring your own electrical appliances that are not provided by the homestay, it may cause a power trip.

Commercial behavior of photography and video recording are prohibited during the stay. If there is any special demand, there is a rental plan for commercial use.
